Manage and execute on-site interior projects to ensure timely and quality completion
Handle Interior Fit-Out works including False Ceiling, Panelling, Tiling, Painting, Glazing, Electrical Wiring, and Carpentry
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution of projects
Monitor project expenses and ensure completion within approved budgets
Maintain proper documentation (physical & digital) and prepare regular progress reports
Coordinate with commercials/logistics teams for timely delivery of materials
Participate in Post Implementation Review (PIR) to analyze project performance, delays, and improvement areas
