🎯 Job Overview

Property Lok is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design and execute functional, aesthetic, and budget-friendly residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills, technical design knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative interior design concepts and space layouts

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using professional design software

• Select materials, colors, finishes, and furnishings

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers

• Visit project sites and supervise work according to design plans

• Meet clients to understand their requirements, budget, and style preferences

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

📋 Job Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• Experience: 1–4 years preferred (Freshers with strong portfolio can apply)

• Proficiency in:

  • AutoCAD

  • SketchUp

  • 3Ds Max / V-Ray

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Space planning

  • Material selection

  • Furniture layout

  • Marble / stone finishes

• Good communication and client handling skills
