Job Description

Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare detailed working drawings including:
- Electrical layouts
- Plumbing drawings
- Civil drawings
- Furniture layout plans
Draft and modify designs using AutoCAD.
Conduct site surveys to gather measurements and assess project feasibility.
Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are executed as planned.
Coordinate with contractors, electricians, plumbers, and civil teams.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building regulations.
Manage project timelines and assist in project cost estimation.
