Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, proficiency in design tools, and the ability to handle client requirements from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives.

• Develop concept designs, mood boards, layout plans, and 3D visualizations.

• Prepare technical drawings, working drawings, and BOQs.

• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements as per project requirements.

• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure proper execution.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.

• Present design ideas and revisions to clients for approval.

• Manage project timelines and ensure quality standards are met.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar design software.

• Strong visualization, creativity, and aesthetic sense.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

• Knowledge of materials, market trends, and interior design styles.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with turnkey interior projects.

• Vendor and contractor coordination experience.

• Knowledge of budgeting and BOQ preparation.
