Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and passionate Event Designer (Intern/Fresher) to join our growing team in Surat.
The ideal candidate will assist in designing, planning, and executing visually stunning events that align with client expectations and the brand’s creative direction.
This role offers hands-on experience in the luxury event industry, combining creativity, styling, and practical learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in conceptualizing and developing unique event themes, layouts, and décor ideas.

• Attend client or internal brainstorming sessions to understand design needs and vision.

• Conduct venue visits (recce) and assist in décor planning and on-site styling.

• Coordinate décor elements, props, flowers, and vendor requirements with the design team.

• Stay updated on event trends, color palettes, and décor innovations.

• Provide hands-on support during event setups and executions.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in event design, décor, or creative arts.

• A strong sense of aesthetics, color, and layout.

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools is a plus.

• Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

• Enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and contribute creatively.

• Willingness to work on flexible hours, weekends, and travel for events when needed.
