Job Title: Senior Architect / Interior Designer

Location: Jogeshwari West, Mumbai

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Experience: 6–8+ years

Qualification: Degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect / Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, project coordination abilities, and experience in handling architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.

· Prepare space planning, layouts, 2D drawings, 3D designs, and detailed working drawings.

· Handle residential and commercial interior design projects.

· Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

· Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and colour schemes.

· Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design accuracy.

· Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines and budget.

· Review drawings and supervise design implementation at project sites.

· Make revisions to designs based on client feedback.

· Ensure quality standards and attention to detail throughout project execution.

Required Skills

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or other relevant design software.

· Strong knowledge of architectural planning, interior design, materials, and finishes.

· Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

· Strong project management and coordination abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
