Full Time
Key Responsibilities
• Understand client requirements and develop interior design concepts for
residential projects.
• Prepare 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and 3D designs using SketchUp.
• Create furniture layouts, design presentations, and technical drawings.
• Conduct site visits and measurements and coordinate design requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, and execution teams.
• Assist in material selection, finishes, colour schemes, and furniture planning.
• Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with client expectations.
• Maintain project documentation and design records.
Required Skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
• Good knowledge of SketchUp 3D.
• Understanding of interior drafting and carpentry drawings.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture design.
• Strong creativity, visualization, and design sense.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
• Qualification: Diploma / B.Des / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in residential interior design preferred.
• Candidates with relevant AutoCAD + SketchUp experience will be preferred.
