About the Role

Unimaple Modutech Pvt. Ltd. is a modular furniture manufacturer executing commercial and institutional projects for offices, hotels, hospitals, healthcare facilities and other large scale projects.

We are looking for a Site Engineer who will be responsible for the smooth execution and installation of Unimaple's furniture at our Project. The person will work closely with the client, consultants, contractors, installation team and Unimaple's internal Design, Production and Project teams.

What We Are Looking For

 2–3 years of experience in site supervision/project execution preferred.

 Experience in modular furniture, interior fit-out, furniture installation or commercial projects will be highly relevant.

 Candidates who have worked on office, hotel, hospital, healthcare or institutional projects will be preferred.

 Good ability to read and understand technical/furniture/shop drawings.

 Practical knowledge of site measurement, furniture installation and finishing.

 Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Ability to manage installation teams and coordinate with multiple agencies at an active project site.

 Strong focus on quality, timelines and problem-solving.

 Should be comfortable working independently at the project site.

Key Performance Areas

The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for:

1. Site Execution – Work completed as per approved drawings and project requirements.

2. Quality – Proper alignment, dimensions, finishing and workmanship.

3. Timelines – Installation progress as per project schedule.

4. Coordination – Smooth communication between client, site team and Unimaple HO/factory.

5. Material Management – Proper receipt, handling and utilization of materials.

6. Documentation – Accurate daily reports, measurements, photographs and site records.

7. Snag Closure – Timely resolution of observations and pending works.

Most Preferred: Any candidate with relevant industry like B.E/B.Tech, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related technical field would be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
