Job Description

1. Project Planning & Execution

· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

· Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure seamless project flow.

· Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.

2. Client Coordination

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

· Understand client requirements and ensure expectations are met.

· Provide regular project updates and reports.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

· Identify, onboard, and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

· Ensure timely procurement of materials and services.

· Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.

4. Site Management

· Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.

· Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

· Resolve on-site issues and escalations.

5. Budget & Cost Control

· Prepare and manage project budgets.

· Track expenses and ensure cost optimization.

· Approve bills and verify vendor invoices.

6. Quality Assurance

· Ensure all work meets design intent and company quality standards.

· Conduct final inspections before project handover.

7. Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain project documentation, drawings, and approvals.

· Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and completion reports.

8. Team Coordination

· Lead and coordinate internal teams including designers, draftsmen, and site engineers.

· Ensure effective communication across departments.
