We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and client-focused Senior Interior Designer / Lead Designer who can manage projects from initial consultation through design development, client approvals, and execution coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage residential and commercial interior design projects from initial client consultation through design finalization and handover.

- Understand client requirements, budgets, preferences, functional needs, and project timelines.

- Develop creative interior design concepts, space plans, layouts, and customized design proposals.

- Prepare 2D floor plans, 3D models, realistic renders, working drawings, and detailed design presentations.

- Use SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape to create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and renderings.

- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp Layout.

- Recommend suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, colors, and modular interior solutions.

- Present design concepts professionally and incorporate client feedback through design revisions.

- Prepare material specifications, BOQs, quotations, and budget estimates as required.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, carpenters, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Conduct site visits and coordinate design implementation to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.

- Support business development by managing qualified leads, conducting client consultations, and converting opportunities into confirmed projects.

- Assist in achieving sales targets while maintaining design quality and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure design accuracy, cost efficiency, proper documentation, and execution feasibility.

- Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and coordinate smooth project handovers.

- Maintain professional communication, process discipline, and high standards of service.

- Explore and adopt AI-powered and cloud-based tools to improve design productivity and workflow efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.

- Strong proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape for 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp Layout, 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and working drawings.

- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and modular interiors.

- Ability to develop creative concepts and translate client requirements into practical design solutions.

- Experience in preparing layouts, 3D views, detailed drawings, material specifications, and design presentations.

- Knowledge of budgeting, BOQs, quotations, and material selection.

- Understanding of interior execution processes, site coordination, and project handover.

- Excellent client communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client commitments.

- Strong ownership, attention to detail, problem-solving, and execution skills.

- Willingness to learn and adopt new design technologies and AI-powered tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- An Interior Designer or Architect with 3–7 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in residential, commercial, or turnkey interior design projects.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, 3D visualization, and completed projects.

- Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, and Enscape, with the ability to produce professional-quality renders.

- Comfortable handling client meetings, design presentations, revisions, and project coordination.

- Able to balance creative design, client expectations, budget constraints, and practical execution requirements.
