Field Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering and hold a professional degree or an advanced diploma.

Key Responsibilities:

- ••Project Management••: Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This involves planning, coordinating, and supervising various project activities.

- ••Site Supervision••: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering drawings and specifications. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.

- ••Collaboration••: Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

- ••Documentation••: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and site logs. Prepare necessary documentation for approvals and inspections.

- ••Problem Solving••: Identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently to minimize disruptions in workflow and maintain project timelines.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates must possess strong analytical skills to interpret technical drawings and specifications effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for liaising with various stakeholders and team members.

- Proficiency in project management software and construction tools is necessary.
