We Are Hiring A Civil Site Engineer

About the Role:

Universal HR Solutions is hiring an experienced Civil Site Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Thane. The ideal candidate will have extensive site supervision experience, strong proficiency in MIVAN shuttering, and the ability to drive quality and safety standards while delivering projects on schedule.

Salary: ₹8,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Direct daily site operations and ensure work execution complies with design drawings and technical specifications.

• Oversee site layouts, leveling, marking, and quality assurance of materials and workmanship.

• Expertise in MIVAN formwork/shuttering setup and execution.

• Maintain measurements, verify contractor bills, handle BOQ preparation, and track material logs.

• Prepare daily progress reports (DSR), labor usage reports, and material consumption sheets.

• Oversee safety, health, and environmental protocols across the job site.

• Address and resolve on-site technical bottlenecks swiftly.

• Project management to lead from Foundation to Finishing.

Qualifications & Skills:

1- Education: Diploma or Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.

2- Experience: 07-10 years of hands-on civil site execution experience.

3- Technical Skills: AutoCAD, MS Excel, drawing interpretation, site measurements.

4- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, critical thinking, leadership, and time management.
