Job Summary

Samrath EPC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager (DPM) to manage and supervise the execution of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, coordination, quality, manpower, materials, and timely completion of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of STP construction and installation activities as per project requirements.

• Plan and monitor project activities, timelines, manpower, materials, and resources.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, site engineers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and client representatives.

• Supervise civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works related to STP projects.

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, method statements, and project schedule.

• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.

• Ensure timely availability of manpower, machinery, materials, and equipment at site.

• Monitor quality of work and coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.

• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site safety procedures.

• Coordinate testing, commissioning, trial runs, and handover of STP systems.

• Maintain proper project documentation, records, and reports.

• Support the Project Manager in achieving project targets within the approved time, cost, and quality parameters.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in STP/ETP, water treatment, sewage treatment, or EPC projects.

• Strong knowledge of STP construction, installation, testing, and commissioning.

• Good understanding of civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.

• Strong project coordination, manpower management, and vendor/subcontractor management skills.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

• Good communication, leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in STP/ETP projects, sewage treatment technologies, MBBR/SBR/MBR systems, pumping stations, and testing & commissioning will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
