Civil draughtsman

1. Site Supervision & Execution:

   • Supervise daily site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

   • Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other site staff to ensure work progresses smoothly.

2. Quality & Safety Compliance:

   • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

   • Conduct quality checks and rectify any deviations from project specifications.

3. Planning & Coordination:

   • Plan and organize resources (materials, manpower, and equipment) for effective execution.

   • Coordinate with Project Manager, Client, and Consultants on work progress and technical issues.

4. Measurement & Documentation:

   • Maintain site records including work progress, measurements, material receipts, and labor attendance.

   • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

   • Assist in preparing bills and submitting site measurements to the billing team.

5. Material Management:

   • Monitor material usage and ensure minimum wastage.

   • Ensure timely requisition and follow-up for materials and tools.

6. Technical Support:

   • Interpret construction drawings and resolve any technical queries.

   • Ensure implementation of structural and architectural designs as per approved drawings.

7. Client & Subcontractor Coordination:

   • Assist in handling client inspections and site meetings.

   • Coordinate and supervise subcontractor work, ensuring performance as per expectations.
