Key Responsibilities -Produce detailed drawings for civil engineering projects (roads, bridges, sewage systems, dikes, buildings). -Convert engineers’ sketches into digital CAD/BIM drawings. -Create topographical and relief maps using survey data. -Ensure drawings comply with building codes, zoning rules, and industry standards. -Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and civil servants to meet project specifications. -Revise drawings to reflect design changes, field updates, and RFI responses. -Prepare as-built drawings documenting final installed conditions. -Calculate dimensions, quantities, and material requirements. -Conduct site visits to gather data and verify conditions.
Required Skills -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, or GIS tools. -Strong spatial and visualization ability. -Mathematical aptitude (geometry, trigonometry). -Attention to detail and accuracy. -Communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
