To produce accurate and detailed technical drawings, plans, and blueprints for construction projects, serving as the visual guide for architects, engineers, and construction teams, ensuring all designs meet industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Drawing Creation: Develop detailed 2D/3D technical drawings, layouts, and assembly diagrams using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, civil engineers, project managers, and construction teams to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
Revision & Updates: Modify and update existing drawings based on feedback, site conditions, and changing project needs.
Compliance: Ensure all drawings adhere to building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Documentation: Prepare, manage, and maintain organized project files, documentation, and design repositories.
Site Visits: Conduct site visits to gather measurements, verify existing conditions, and resolve design issues.
Calculations: Perform basic calculations for dimensions, weight limitations, and material quantities.
