Draftsman Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to support our interior design team by creating accurate technical drawings for residential and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with designers and architects to translate concepts into detailed execution-ready drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD

• Coordinate with Interior Designers and Architects to develop and finalize design concepts

• Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements

• Revise and update drawings based on internal reviews and client feedback

• Maintain proper organization of drawing files, BOQs, and project documentation

• Assist in preparing design presentations, working drawings, and project plans

• Provide technical support to the design team during project execution

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline

• 3–5 years of experience working on medium to large-scale residential and hospitality projects

• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman or similar technical role

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of technical drawing standards

• Sound knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques

• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in drawings

• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple deadlines

• Knowledge of SketchUp is an added advantage
