We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to generate leads, acquire new clients, and grow our residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the interior design, construction, architecture, or fit-out industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through field visits, referrals, networking, architects, builders, and channel partners.
Handle residential, office, retail, café, restaurant, and commercial interior project inquiries.
Meet prospective clients and understand their project requirements.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the design team for proposals and quotations.
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with designers, estimators, and project execution teams for smooth project handover.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
Maintain CRM records, lead status, and daily sales reports.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
