We are seeking a design-driven and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality design documentation and has hands-on experience working on large-scale projects using BIM workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
2-4 years of experience in BIM modeling and architectural drafting
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Hands-on experience with clash detection using Autodesk Navisworks
Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Experience working on large-scale or complex projects
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and update BIM models using Autodesk Revit
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, documentation, and construction sets
Perform clash detection and coordination using Autodesk Navisworks
Work within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for document control and team collaboration
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design conflicts
Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements
Support project teams during design development and execution phases
