Job Responsibilities

·         Assist the Project Manager in executing interior fitout.

·         Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to interior and MEP coordination.

·         Supervise daily site activities including carpentry, gypsum, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.

·         Monitor manpower, materials, subcontractors, and ensure timely work completion.

·         Track daily progress and assist in preparing DPR/WPR.

·         Coordinate with clients, consultants, interior designers, vendors, and contractors.

·         Ensure quality standards, site safety, and adherence to project timelines.

·         Verify measurements, assist in preparing, Contractor bills, and manage material reconciliation.

Required Skills

·         Practical experience in interior fitout project execution (mandatory).

·         Strong understanding of civil/interior finishing work processes.

·         Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project reporting tools.

·         Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

·         Proficiency in English and intermediate proficiency in Hindi.

·         Ability to handle site responsibilities and travel when needed.
