Architect

K9HR SOLUTIONS, Jahanvee Patel, HR Manager (+91 93134 24062) is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and experience in executing projects from concept to completion. The role requires proficiency in architectural software, an understanding of building codes, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients. Professionalism, teamwork, and communication are essential for this position.

• Conceptualize and develop architectural designs in alignment with project requirements.

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and working drawings.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure design integration.

• Conduct site visits, track project progress, and ensure adherence to design intent.

• Research materials, finishes, and sustainable building solutions.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.

• Manage and oversee junior architects, interns, and drafters.

• Present designs and proposals to clients with clarity and professionalism.

• Collaborate with the interior design team to ensure holistic project execution.

• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD (Mandatory), MS Office, Photoshop, Indesign, SketchUp (Mandatory)/3Ds Max (Optional), rendering software (Lumion), Revit (preferred), Rhino (preferred).

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and detailing.

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities. Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Knowledge of BIM is a plus.

• Experience with parametric design (Rhino, Grasshopper) is a plus.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client and team interactions.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
