Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Civil Design Engineer (Interior and Exterior) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive design and visualization of both interior and exterior elements for civil projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and adherence to engineering standards. A strong proficiency in SketchUp for detailed 3D modeling and advanced rendering skills using Lumion and D5 Render is essential for this role and basic understanding of CAD softwares.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Engineering:

• Develop innovative and practical interior and exterior design concepts for a wide range of civil projects (e.g., public spaces, infrastructure buildings, site developments).

• Prepare detailed architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents that comply with relevant building codes and standards.

• Integrate civil engineering requirements (e.g., structural, site grading, drainage) with aesthetic design considerations.

• Conduct site visits and collaborate with construction teams to ensure design implementation meets quality and intent.

3D Modeling and Visualization:

• Create accurate and detailed 3D models of interior and exterior designs using SketchUp.

• Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders and visualizations using Lumion and D5 Render to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

• Develop virtual walk-throughs and animations to effectively communicate the spatial and aesthetic qualities of the design.

• Manage and organize 3D asset libraries and maintain design files.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with civil engineers, architects, project managers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Present design proposals and incorporate feedback effectively.

• Ensure timely delivery of design packages and coordinate with various technical disciplines.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience with 1-4 years in civil design, architectural design, or a similar role, with a focus on both interior and exterior environments.

Software Proficiency (Mandatory):

• Expert level proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling.

• Advanced proficiency in high-end rendering applications, specifically Lumion and D5 Render.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drafting software.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, engineering principles, and relevant building codes.

• Soft Skills: Excellent spatial reasoning, attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and effective communication and presentation skills.

• A portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both civil-related design and the required rendering software.
