Nature of Business: Architectural Design, Interior Design, Turnkey Solutions, Civil, Interior contracting

No of ongoing projects: 55 Appx

No of Turnkey Works: 12

Total Staff including on site execution: 50. In office: 5, Executive Roles: 3

Project Nature: Residences (individual Villa, Bungalows, Apartment interiors ranging from 2000 to 12000 SqFt), Food Factories, Manufacturing Industries, Showrooms, Townships, Resorts, Homestay, Restaurants, Club Houses, Corporate Building, Govt Offices etc

Job Profile for 2 to 3 Yrs Experience

1. Independently to handle small - medium - large projects with min help from the principal

2. Coordinate with vendors - contractors over phone

3. Occasional visit to sites if candidate prefer. (For the same own t/w with valid license is must)

4. Should have handled projects worth 1 to 3 Crore worth

5. Should be thorough in Cad, Sketchup and rendering s/w

6. Willing to relocated to Bangalore pref in North Bangalore

7. Time bound works

Job Profile: Fresher / 1 Yr Exp

1. Shall be proficient with s/w cad, sketchup and rendering s/w

2. 25 to 50 Lakhs worth work during Training / previous offices

3. Shall be willing to learn and coordinate with seniors and the principal

4. Able to grasp ideas and translate in to 3D and 2D

5. Willing to relocate to Bangalore pref north bangalore
