Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

• Registration with Council of Architecture (Preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and project execution

• Prepare architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings

• Develop 2D and 3D design presentations for clients

• Coordinate with structural consultants, contractors, and project teams

• Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and supervision

• Ensure designs comply with building regulations and client requirements

• Review construction progress and resolve design-related issues

• Prepare project documentation, BOQs, and material specifications

• Maintain project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office

• Architectural planning and design

• Preparation of working drawings and layouts
