Job Overview
We are looking for a Diploma Civil Engineer to drive sales and expand our customer base for our cement distributorship. You will combine technical knowledge with aggressive field sales to convert prospects and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Visits: Regularly visit construction sites, builders, contractors, and masons.
Client Persuasion: Demonstrate product quality and convince buyers/influencers to choose our cement.
Target-Based Selling: Drive primary and secondary sales to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Customer Acquisition: Identify new construction projects and expand our client and retail network.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering .
Strong communication, negotiation, and target-driven sales mindset.
Willingness to travel locally for site visits (two-wheeler preferred).
