2D/3D Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present 2D layouts and 3D visualizations for commercial interior design projects (e.g., offices, retail, hospitality).

• Work closely with architects, clients, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.

• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and presentation drawings.

• Create detailed working drawings and design documentation.

• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure project execution aligns with the design intent.

• Stay current with trends in commercial design, materials, and technology.

• Participate in site visits and quality checks to ensure design accuracy during implementation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in interior design, specifically in commercial projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong knowledge of space planning, design principles, materials, and construction methods.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with client-facing roles and presentations.

• Knowledge of sustainable and ergonomic design principles.

• Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit) is a plus.
