Job Description

Prepare high quality, innovative and functional design
Go on site visits to meet clients
Source raw materials and products

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and present 2D layout plans, mood boards, and detailed working drawings for commercial interior projects.

Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renders to communicate design intent.

Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver functional and aesthetic solutions.

Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor as per project style and budget.

Manage design documentation, including BOQs, specifications, and presentation files.

Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and resolve on-site challenges.

Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in commercial interior design.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and detailing.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.

Portfolio showcasing commercial interior projects (2D drawings and 3D renders).
