Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Commercial Projects
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects for commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in handling end-to-end project execution, vendor coordination, and client communication within the commercial interiors industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage interior commercial projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
Supervise on-site activities, ensuring quality standards and safety compliance.
Prepare project schedules, track progress, and report regularly to stakeholders.
Handle procurement of materials, negotiation with vendors, and inventory control.
Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain documentation, including work orders, contracts, and invoices.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience managing interior fit-out projects, especially in the commercial sector.
Strong understanding of materials, design layouts, and construction techniques.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
