Job Description

Job Title: Tax Consultant

We're expanding our team and looking for a driven tax professional ready to take ownership of client relationships and work. This is a role with real responsibility — you'll work closely with our leadership team, mentor junior staff, and be the face of the firm for a set of clients.

What You'll Do:

Independently manage a portfolio of clients — their primary point of contact for tax and compliance matters
Own end-to-end GST, TDS, and Income Tax filing and compliance
Guide and review the work of junior accountant
Undertake Labour law compliances (ESI, EPF, etc.)
Support audits and balance sheet finalization

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a CA firm / tax consultancy
B.Com mandatory; CA-Inter (pursuing or cleared) preferred
Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
Confidence to communicate directly with clients and take ownership of outcomes
A hands-on approach — this role is as much about doing the work as guiding others. We're looking for someone happy to roll up their sleeves, not just delegate
A collaborative mindset — comfortable guiding junior team members
