Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate industry, proficient in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end accounting functions including project-wise accounting, compliance, and financial reporting tailored to the unique requirements of real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record daily accounting transactions using Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.

- Maintain project-wise accounting and cost tracking for multiple real estate projects.

- Handle customer billing, receipts, outstanding follow-ups, and collection tracking.

- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and contractor bills.

- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and manage cash flow.

- Calculate and file GST, TDS, and RERA-compliant reports.

- Support in project budgeting, cost monitoring, and MIS reports.

- Assist in audit processes, providing necessary documentation and reports.

- Ensure compliance with real estate taxation, statutory regulations, and RERA guidelines.

- Maintain proper documentation for sales deeds, agreements, invoices, and purchase orders.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime (Mandatory)

• Experience in real estate accounting and project cost tracking

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and RERA compliance

• Hands-on with MS Excel, including pivot tables and financial formulas

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects
