About the Role As a Senior Operations Analyst – Insto Recs, the role is responsible for ensuring strong knowledge of reconciliation processes and serving as a subject matter expert to support all staff. This position requires excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills. The individual is expected to take full accountability for delivering superior quality while processing transactions independently or through the team. Role Type: Permanent Role Location: Bengaluru Work Schedule : Early Morning shifts What will your day look like? As a Senior Operations Analyst – Insto Recs, your responsibilities will include : Provide a high level of customer service to the Internal customers. Ability to handle enquires/issues pertaining to Accounts Reconciliation across geographies by providing cost effective, high quality service within agreed SLAs and time frames Provide accurate and up to date information on all enquiries. Ensure completeness of reconciliations assigned and also assigned to the respective team members. Keeping abreast of the updates in the process Provide advice & support to team members, share information and learning experiences to ensure performance objectives are delivered on a timely basis. Alignment and adherence with ANZ Group risk policies, processes and standards and with external Regulatory requirements. Understanding of BSO principles and application of the same in the day to day working and month end reporting. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Minimum 3 years of experience in Reconciliation and payments processess. Ability to analyse problems to assist/support stakeholder Ability to analyse data for contribution to change agenda decision making Service to SLA agreements for quality and turn around times for fulfilment.
