We have a well curated bouquet of rewards and recognition program for the employees Dynamic, Inclusive and Diverse team culture Gender Neutral Policy Inclusive Health Benefits for all - Medical Insurance, Personal Accidental, Group Term Life Insurance and Annual Health Checkup, Dental and OPD benefits Commitment to the overall development of an employee through comprehensive learning & development framework Role Purpose Responsible for Managing Performance Reporting of employees related to Variable Incentive Models for assigned functions Managing Contest evaluation/processing as per the approved contest construct Accurate processing of VIC incentive for for assigned functions on agreed models Publishing monthly dashboard/insight decks to stakeholders Supporting digitization & work standardization initiatives to improve process efficiencies Role Accountability VIC Design Design, Evaluate, Standardize & Modify VIC models as per business requirements across functions and geographies Study performance trends to identify issues /model enhancement opportunities and share recommendations for change with the management Evaluate the impact and Final rollout of changed models post approval from authorities Evaluate new processes for VIC Onboarding basis meeting necessary criteria of VIC onboarding and benefits to the organization VIC Processing Coordinate with respective functions & stakeholders (Monitoring team, C&B team, etc.) for all data requirements for processing and Headcount management for FTEs /NFTEs for VIC eligibility, VIC / Bonus mapping Lead monthly VIC processing for aligned functions within defined timelines & 100% accuracy and submission of final VIC payout post requisite validation & approvals Ensure adherence to the maker and checker approach and approval matrix in processing of all VIC and contest payouts in a timely and accurate manner Prepare VIC input data like productivity report, Roster & Attendance related inputs for VIC processing Contest Evaluation & Processing Liaise with respective function to gather contest construct proposals in the structured format ensuring submission of final payout in the defined format post matching the output with the other team member Ensure adherence to the standard checklist to evaluate the Contest- Data analysis basis the last 3-6 months' trend across teams, roles, etc and simulations to be done for decision-making Performance Dashboard & Insights Ensure timely preparation and dissemination of Performance analysis deck around insights, Outliers, trends, Highlighting Top & Bottom performers to relevant stakeholders Analyze internal processes to identify digitization / process enhancement opportunities and lead the implementation of the same within own area of work Work closely with functional stakeholders and provide support for any requirement related to VIC / Contest Process & Compliance Manage compliance to functional process to ensure Audit readiness for Internal and external audits. Maintain & Manage all data in a structured manner for easy access Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence Measures of Success Timely and accurate VIC and Contest processing Accurate VIC Processing and Sample Check No adverse observations in internal / external audits Timely implementation of all process digitization/enhancement initiatives Timely publication of MIS / Dashboard Process Adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications Knowledge around Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Experience in Reporting & MIS for creating Performance dashboard Knowledge of BI Tools Advanced Excel, VBA, Macros, SQL, MS - ACCESS, VISIO Competencies critical to the role Stakeholder Management Detail Orientation Analytical ability Teamwork and Collaboration Qualification Post Graduate / Graduate in any discipline Preferred Industry FSI Experience Level Senior Level
