You'll run the billing counter at our main gate — issuing day and evening outing tickets to walk-in guests, taking payments, and closing the day's collection. You're the first person our guests meet, so accuracy and a warm manner both matter.
What you'll do
Bill walk-in guests for day and evening outing tickets, and check-in stay guests on our POS system
Confirm group details correctly — number of adults and children, and child height against the counter marker before applying the child rate
Accept payments by cash, UPI and credit/debit card, and record the correct payment mode on every bill
Verify every payment before issuing entry bands — UPI must be confirmed on the company sound box or our app
Issue entry bands only against a system-generated bill number
Explain what the ticket includes — activities, meals, timings and rules like the swim-costume requirement
Handle the counter calmly through busy weekend rushes and keep the queue moving
Count and hand over the opening cash and closing cash, denomination-wise
Reconcile cash, UPI and card collections against system totals at shift close and submit the daily report
Report any shortage or excess the same day, in writing
Keep the counter clean, with the tariff clearly displayed
Switch to manual receipts if the system goes down, and enter them back into the system once it's running
