We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Analyst - Invoice Coordinator to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Job Description: Invoice Coordinator The Invoice Coordinator is responsible for managing, reviewing, reconciling and approving invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payment. This role acts as a key liaison between our partner, delivery, and the finance team, ensuring that invoicing workflows run smoothly and align with company policies and processes. Key Responsibilities Process and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization Reconcile with purchase orders, contracts, and delivery tickets Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with vendors, finance, and internal stakeholders Maintain accurate records of invoices, and support documentation Monitor invoice status and follow up on pending approvals or outstanding issues Support month-end and year-end closing by providing invoice data and reports Ensure compliance with company policies Continuously improving invoicing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy Required Qualifications Education Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience 3–5 years of experience in IT, accounts payable, invoicing, or finance operations Experience working with service delivery of IT services Required Skills and Competencies Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools Excellent organizational and time-management skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Problem-solving mindset for resolving invoice discrepancies About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
