Finance Transformation Automation Senior Analyst Job Requisition ID # 26WD99442 Position Overview Autodesk is in the midst of a significant back-office transformation, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to support automation initiatives that streamline and enhance Finance processes. This role will focus on automating manual workflows using citizen-led and AI tools, in close partnership with finance, business, and engineering teams, while directly supporting Finance Transformation priorities. Responsibilities Process Analysis & Accounting Quality: Assist in evaluating and documenting manual finance processes to identify automation opportunities that improve accuracy, standardization, and close cycle efficiency Automation & AI Tools: Use citizen-led and AI-driven tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, MSFT Copilot) to enhance financial reporting, analytics, and process automation Collaboration: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams such as finance and engineering to ensure that automation initiatives are fully aligned with organizational objectives and business requirements Training and Support: Assist training and provide support to end-users on post- automation processes to facilitate smooth transitions Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in finance and automation Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CA/CMA/CPA/MBA will be a plus 5-8 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Passion for technology and innovation, with a proactive interest in applying data, automation/AI tool to finance challenges Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, MSFT Copilot) is preferred but not required #LI-MR2 Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk!
