Job Description Supporting client with credit evaluation of its corporate borrowers; writing annual review reports Analysis of financial statements of companies and individuals for credit appraisal process Detailed Borrower Analysis - Includes Ability to make loan repayments, financial spreads of borrower and guarantor, Covenant testing, collateral valuation Normalizing the financial statements and arriving on the true profitability figures Spreading the financial statements in a customized web based application Working on assigning the Risk rating of PD and LGD to the Borrower, and detailed risk rating rationale write-up Determination of guarantor support requirement Determining the Ability to repay of the Borrower Detailed rent roll analysis for revenue determination Assigning the ‘Probability to Default’ and ‘Loan Given Default’ ratings to the Borrower Periodic update for monthly/quarterly/annual statements Strong focus on Credit Appraisal and financial analysis Qualifications MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA/ FRM Experience Level Senior Level
