Job Responsibilities Handling AR process like customer billing & cash applications Applying daily cash receipts with open customer invoices / research open item Follow up with clients on aged invoices to make sure they are paid in a timely manner Support to create accurate DSO (Days to Bill are managed / improved) Working knowledge of Oracle / HighRadius / AR package Timely submission of Credit & Debit Note requests for clients Prepare / follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all the processes along with process maps Acting as a point person to the clients and manage / duplicate payments Creation of customer accounts / write customer Proactively manage the responses to all queries of clients through the centralized email-boxes Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving skills Effective, accurate and error free invoices and has experience of handling end to end invoicing needs Demonstrated initiative, ownership and accountability and strong understanding of process activities Highly management skills, to handle multiples, process mapping and methodology Maintain high level of accuracy and Turn Around time for all transactions To create complete, timely and accurate flow of invoicing and communication to optimize downstream, operational effectiveness and cash flow Generate innovative ideas. Operate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
