Senior Associate - Pricing, Promotion and Rebate Management

Sr. Associate I, Pricing, Promotion & Rebate Management (P) Job Purpose Manage and control all rebate and chargeback processes for Australia & New Zealand, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and control ownership of all revenue deductions tasks. Act as the central owner of rebate operations, claims processing, and financial controls, while partnering with Key Account Managers, Financial Analysts and Customer Operations Representatives to ensure efficient and compliant execution of trade terms. Major Accountabilities (Main results of the job to be achieved ) Wholesaler Chargebacks Management and end-to-end ownership to ensure timely and accurately credit note issuance, including liaising with different departments to resolve any operational challenges related to the process Rebate Agreements Administration, Accruals, Execution, Settlements and reconciliation Ensure data integrity of all Revenue Deduction matters, internal tracking and regular internal & external reporting Execute monthly financial controls for all revenue deductions matters for Australia & New Zealand, and support the Revenue Management Manager in all audit related matters Support Revenue Management Manager in process improvements, automation and Trade Terms changes (e.g. Price changes readiness) Key Performance Indicators (how performance will be measured) Data Integrity and reconciliation accuracy of rebate and charge back calculations and settlements Timeliness of claims processing and month-end close support Audit readiness and compliance with financial controls and documentation standards Turnaround time for claims validation and issue resolution Data quality and reconciliation accuracy ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent Worker If you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.
