As an Oracle EPM - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills within our Digital Core Modernisation network to help clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Your work will enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives, improving their financial planning and analysis processes. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas. Responsibilities - Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies - Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools - Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives - Conducting business process analysis and developing business rules to enhance performance management solutions - Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for data analysis and insights generation - Developing financial planning and forecasting models to improve client financial processes - Monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive organizational effectiveness - Performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve performance management issues - Supporting enterprise integration efforts to streamline financial planning and analysis processes What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management - At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications - Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) - Utilizing skills in financial forecasting and planning budgeting - Excelling in business process analysis and root cause analysis - Developing insights through data interpretation and performance assessment - Navigating complex client relationships with effective communication skills Travel Requirements Job Posting End Date Experience Level Senior Level
