Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting activities, financial reporting, compliance, and month-end processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations

·       Handle accounts payable and receivable functions

·       Perform bank and account reconciliations

·       Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

·       Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

·       Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

·       Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits

·       Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

·       3–5 years of proven accounting experience

·       Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.)

·       Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations

·       Excellent organizational and analytical skills

·       Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
