Chartered Accountant

Responsibilities

Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, businesses, and corporate entities

Handle GST return filing, reconciliation, and compliance matters

Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and quarterly/annual return filings

Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements and deadlines

Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Conduct tax assessments and prepare necessary supporting documents

Coordinate with clients and government authorities for tax-related matters

Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory

Additional certifications in taxation or accounting software will be an advantage

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience

Proven experience in ITR filing, GST returns, and TDS procedures

Experience working with tax compliance and statutory requirements

Required Skills

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Income Tax Act and GST regulations

Proficiency in TDS procedures and compliance requirements

Experience with accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar)

Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

Knowledge of e-filing procedures and government portals

Professional Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Effective communication and client interaction skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong organizational and time management capabilities

Team collaboration and independent working ability.
