Job Description:-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, taxation compliance, reconciliations, financial reporting, and MIS preparation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9, GST, TDS, banking processes, and financial documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally software.
Assist in documentation compilation and maintenance., Ensure compliance with TDS and GST regulations.
Support senior accountants with various financial tasks. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Bank Reconciliation , Receipt & Payment entries.
All Types of Journal entries, All Types of Cash Expenses
Control of Sundry Debtors & Creditors., Preparation of Monthly Trial Balance.Prepare MIS Account.
Prepare Finance/Insurance invoices and reconcile all payments.
Cash Credit account funding reporting prepared. Prepare Stock Audit for Banking.
All Types of GST Input/Output Entries. Prepare TDS Return
Reconcile GSTR 2A. Monthly Preparation and Filed GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B.
Communicate with party to resolve the GST query.
Work on job rotation. Prepare various reports as per management requirement.
Working on Tally ERP9.

Required Candidate Profile:-

Completed articleship and CA intern or Drop out/MBA.
Proficiency in Tally software.
Should have atleast 2-6 Years of Experience.
Strong understanding of TDS and GST regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Smart worker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
