Position: Accounts Executive
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Accountant / Accounts Manager
Location: Head Office, Gurugram
Salary: ₹2.5–3.5 LPA
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in rent and salary reconciliation activities
Data verification of lease details, payroll data, and expense records
Supporting accounting entries in ERP/software
Maintaining records for rent, salary, and expense documentation
Assisting in MIS preparation and report sharing
Coordination with HR/Admin for data validation
Supporting audit documentation and schedules
Handling routine accounting and data entry work
Qualifications & Skills
B.Com / M.Com
Basic knowledge of accounting and reconciliations
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Familiarity with ERP/accounting software preferred
Good coordination and communication skills
