Job Description

Job Title: Senior Accountant – Real Estate

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Gender: Male
Industry: Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting activities related to real estate projects
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers
Manage accounts payable & receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with auditors for internal & external audits
Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow statements
Track project-wise expenses, revenues, and profitability
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
Minimum 3–6 years of experience as an Accountant (Real Estate preferred)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
Good understanding of real estate accounting and documentation
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
