Job Description

Job Title: Senior Accountant – Real Estate

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Gender: Male
Industry: Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities related to real estate projects

  • Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers

  • Manage accounts payable & receivable

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

  • Coordinate with auditors for internal & external audits

  • Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow statements

  • Track project-wise expenses, revenues, and profitability

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience as an Accountant (Real Estate preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax

  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software

  • Good understanding of real estate accounting and documentation

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
