Job Description

Manage end-to-end vendor payment processes
Verify vendor invoices, purchase orders
Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile vendor accounts on a regular basis.
Process domestic and foreign vendor payments.
Perform bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Prepare MIS reports related to accounts payable
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during internal and statutory audits.
