We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, statutory compliances, financial reporting, taxation, and supporting the overall finance function of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping
Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Maintain payroll records and employee reimbursements
Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
3–6 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliances
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in CA/CS firm or consultancy environment
Knowledge of NGO and corporate compliances will be an added advantage
