Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant (Female) who can independently handle end-to-end accounting, ensure statutory compliance, and support management with accurate financial reporting. The candidate should be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts (Day-to-day accounting)

• Finalization of accounts, Balance Sheet & P&L

• Handle GST compliance: returns, reconciliation, and notices

• Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and filing

• Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and cash flow management

• Coordinate with CA for audits, tax filings, and compliance

• Prepare MIS reports for management on monthly basis

• Manage accounts payable & receivable

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

• Maintain proper documentation and records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax basics

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MS Office

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and coordination skills

• High level of integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidate (as per organizational requirement)

• Experience in handling multiple clients or group companies is a plus

• Prior experience in CA firm / corporate accounting preferred

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
