Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliationsHandle accounts payable and receivable activitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsManage bank reconciliations and cash flow statementsEnsure timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliancesCoordinate with auditors during internal and external auditsProcess invoices, expense claims, and vendor paymentsMaintain payroll records and assist with salary processingMonitor budgets and assist in financial planningEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field1–3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or similar roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles and taxationExperience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting softwareProficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office toolsFamiliarity with Indian statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, etc.)Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasksIntegrity and confidentiality in handling financial dataPreferred Skills (Optional)Experience in IT / Software industryKnowledge of MIS reportingCA Inter / M.Com candidates will be an added advantageWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageGrowth and learning opportunitiesFriendly and collaborative work environmentExposure to IT industry financial operations
