Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger entries, and bank reconciliation.
Handle GST, TDS, invoicing, and statutory accounting compliances.
Prepare financial statements, outstanding reports, and account summaries.
Manage logistics accounting, transportation bills, freight expenses, and transporter payments.
Verify purchase bills, sales invoices, delivery challans, and supporting documents.
Maintain dispatch-related expense records and coordinate with the logistics department.
Handle vendor reconciliation and payment follow-ups.
Support monthly closing and financial reporting.
Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Com / M.Com preferred.
5–8 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and finalization of accounts.
Practical knowledge of logistics and transportation accounting is essential.
Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel.
Candidate Preference
Male candidate preferred.
Candidates residing near Ghaziabad Border or nearby areas preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
