JOB DESCRIPTION:

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Role: Senior Accountant - GST & TDS

Experience: 4-6 Years

Location: Punjabi Bagh

Job Summary:

We require a Senior Accountant to independently handle end-to-end GST and TDS processes, including working and filing for multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. GST Filing: Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B monthly. Prepare data for GSTR-9 & 9C annually.

2. Reconciliation Work: Do GSTR-2B reconciliation, HSN reconciliation, and IMS reconciliation every month. Clear mismatches.

3. ITC & Job Work: Prepare and file GSTR ITC-04 for job work transactions.

4. TDS Returns: Prepare and file TDS returns - Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q-SCOP/TCS quarterly.

5. Entries: Pass set-off entries in books as per the GST portal. Pass all book entries related to TDS.

6. Working: Maintain complete working files for all GST & TDS returns for multiple companies.

7. Cases: Assist CA in preparing data for GST/TDS cases and notices.

8. Software: Must know Computax/Tally Prime for return filing.

Requirements:

- B.Com/M.Com + 4-6 years hands-on GST & TDS experience

- Must have filed GSTR & TDS returns independently

- Strong Excel and reconciliation skills

- Knowledge of current GST/TDS laws and updates
